By signing and submitting the application form, you consent to c2c processing personal data that we collect from you (including sensitive personal data about your health), in accordance with our privacy policy.
We will use the information we hold about your health and any medical condition only for the purposes of processing your application for a Priority Seat badge and managing your entitlement to that badge. Copies of your eligibility document will only be used to process your application and will be destroyed once your c2c Priority Seat badge is produced.
