Grays station ticket office is open 05:10-22:00 Monday to Friday and 07:15-22:00 Saturday and Sunday. Self-service ticket machines are available to purchase and collect pre-paid tickets. Oyster machines are also available to continue your journey around London with ease.
Assistance and Access
Assistance is available 24 hours a day. There are no lifts at the station, however step free access is available from Station Approach to platform 1 and Crown Road to platforms 2 and 3. Accessible ticket machines and an induction loop are available for the hard of hearing and impaired mobility set down is available outside either entrance on Station Approach or Crown Road. National key toilets are on Platform 1. Staff assistance at the station is available on request - please call 03457 444 422. Assistance is available 24 hours a day.
You can lock up your bike in one of 90 cycle racks, available at the entrance to station car park and on Crown Road near to bus stops, to keep your bike safe.

Grays is the largest town in the borough of Thurrock. Culture vultures and history buffs will enjoy the Thameside Theatre and the Thurrock History Museum. For fun for all the family head to Grays Beach Riverside – the beach has a playground that includes a pirate ship and a bouncy castle. intu Lakeside shopping centre in at c2c’s Chafford Hundred station is also close by.
