c2c passengers get new opportunity to save on their weekly commuting costs
19 September 2018 •
Customers who switch to using the c2c Smartcard instead of traditional paper tickets are being offered 15% back when they buy their fifth weekly ticket – worth up to £14 to those travelling the longest distances.
As well as this special offer discount, commuters who use the c2c Smartcard can also beat the ticket office queues by buying their tickets online and qualify for c2c’s unique automatic compensation scheme that starts if their journey is delayed by just two minutes.
c2c Commercial Director Clare McCaffrey said: “This offer is a great way of rewarding our customers for their loyalty and encouraging them to benefit by switching to our Smartcards. Not only are Smartcards more convenient and save people time, but they are also compatible with London’s tube and buses so you can use them on your commute all over the capital.”
The offer is also open to customers who haven’t used their Smartcard in over three months and full details are available online at www.c2c-online.co.uk/tickets-and-fares/c2c-smartcard/
