The tool has recently been updated to reflect the new timetable of 7 February 2022.
TfL has also advised us that West Ham station is particularly busy for passengers interchanging to tube and DLR services there between 05.45 – 08.15 on a weekday. You can check quiet times to travel on TfL’s website here.
This information is downloaded from our onboard technology. Each description is based on the busiest part of the journey, which normally only lasts a few minutes. It also shows the average figure for the whole train, but individual carriages will vary. If you feel the tool does not accurately describe your current journey, please try a different carriage on your next trip as you may find another part of the train is more comfortable.
