My ill-health has meant I haven’t been able to use my Season ticket, can I get a refund?

If you have not been able to use your Season ticket because you were ill and unable to apply for a refund of the ticket when you stopped using it, we will offer you a refund from the date your illness started.

We will need you to supply a medical certificate or ‘fit note’ (used to be called a sick note) and a copy of your Season Ticket.
