What should I do if my c2c Smartcard stops working?

If your c2c Smartcard needs to be replaced call 03457 44 44 22 (select option two).

If you believe your card is not working, please call our customer relations team on 0345 744 4422 (selecting option six).

Lines are open 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 16:00 on weekends and Bank Holidays.
