How do I clear expired tickets from my Smartcard?

Smartcards can hold up to 5 active products at one time. To clear old, expired products from your Smartcard, please visit one of the pink ticket machines (available at all c2c-operated train stations), place your Smartcard in the holder, click on “Smartcard” and wait until the screen refreshes.

Additionally, you may also use the in-app loading feature on the c2c Train Travel app. This will clear any old expired products and load any new tickets.
