The tickets are valid for 28 days from your specified start date and can be purchased two weeks in advance. You have 14 days to load your ticket onto your Smartcard after you’ve bought it. We recommend you use the in app loading feature in the c2c train travel app to do this.
Any tickets you haven’t used within 28 days will expire and cannot be refunded.
