Often, you will want to check how many passes you have left, and whether you need to top-up. So, to check the number of remaining passes, login to your account and follow these steps:
- Go to ‘My Smartcards’ and find the Smartcard where your Flexi-Season ticket is loaded
- Click on the three dots on the right hand side and select ‘View Smartcard products’
- This will display all the products on the Smartcard, including your Flexi-Season ticket and the remaining passes left on that ticket
