I couldn’t tap-in/out because the gateline readers were not in operation/available at the station; how do I get compensation?

We make every effort to ensure our gatelines and validators are in operation during the times that trains are running. Unfortunately though, Automatic Delay Repay cannot be calculated if you do not tap-in and tap-out.

If you are delayed by over 15 minutes, you can still make a manual Delay Repay claim.
