There is a ticket office near the Tower Hill entrance to the station. Machines for pre-paid ticket collection and Oyster top up are also available.


Male and female toilets are in the lower concourse, near the Fenchurch Place entrance. There are also accessible unisex toilets, with baby changing facilities.

The main entrance is the only entrance that has step free access. There are lifts to take you from the entrance to the station concourse and platform levels. Please note there is not step free access from the Coopers Road entrance to the station.
