If you’re booking tickets from abroad, you can register with us online using your overseas address.
We’ll then ensure your tickets are ready to collect at your origin station via one of our free-to-use, self-service ticket machines. Your tickets will be available to collect two hours following your order, or you can opt to have them delivered to a UK address. Please be aware that the delivery options available to you are based on how far in advance you book. Tickets ordered at least 14 days in advance will be dispatched to you the very same day.
When collecting your ticket, you’ll need your ticket reference number and the credit or debit card you used to make your purchase.
If you’d prefer to buy your tickets online via your overseas address, you can call our telephone sales line on 0345 744 4422, selecting option five. For your convenience, we can then take a credit or debit card payment over the phone.
