About the role

Here you’ll gain exposure to the whole company through a succession of three to eight month rotations within Headquarters covering Finance, Property, Commercial, Customer Services and HR functions. This will be followed by an external placement for example with Network Rail, Rail Delivery Group (RDG) or the Department for Transport (DFt) offering you a breadth of experience and a unique overview in the industry as well as being a part of the global National Express Network.

About you

You will have achieved a 2:1 degree. We’ll also be looking for real evidence of business acumen, leadership potential and plenty of ambition.
