Last Chance for Half-Price c2c Tickets
Local rail passengers have their last chance to travel for half price on c2c if they book their tickets this week.
National Express train operator c2c is offering a discount of up to 50% on all advance off-peak online tickets whenever passengers travel in January. This means those travelling the longest distances can save over £8.50 on a day’s travel.
To benefit from the biggest discounts, passengers need to buy their tickets one week before they travel. This means thatFriday is the last day that the full 50% discount offer is available.
There will still then be a discount of 25% available for passengers, if they book online as little as three days before they travel in January.
c2c Commercial Director Ruth Harrison-Wood said: "Our January sale has been a huge success so far, with hundreds of people taking advantage of the offer each week. There’s now a limited window to benefit from the maximum discount, so we suggest passengers book now to save the most money."
