When booking tickets on the c2c website, you will be prompted to enter your billing address. If you’re wondering which one you’ll need to add, it’s the address held by your bank or card provider for the card you are using.
To prevent fraud and protect you, all purchases made on our website are verified against your address. If these details do not match, your bank may decline the transaction. The money will then be held in a pending account (not with c2c) and will be transferred to your account (once approved) in a matter of days.
