The self-service ticket machine isn’t working or I can’t collect my ticket; how I can get a ticket?

Discovered a faulty c2c self-service ticket machine? Please make the fault known to a member of station or ticket office staff, who will help sort the issue as soon as possible.

Please be aware that you can’t travel without a valid ticket and you aren’t permitted to do so using your reference number or email confirmation.

If there are no staff at the station, please call our helpful customer service team on 0345 744 4422, selecting option six. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00, or on Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays) from 09:00 to 16:00.

Please note: you may be charged a penalty fare if you choose to travel without a valid ticket.
