A London Underground ticket will be included with your booking, if part of your journey involves travelling across London and using the Underground. It will also be included if you type in ‘London Zone 1’ or ‘London Zone 2’ as an arrival or destination station. No underground symbol will be shown in this instance, but you can check that the Underground is included via the overlay on the matrix, the ‘more details’ link in the ‘journey summary’ or the shopping basket.
A map showing London zones can be found on the Transport for London website. You can also purchase unlimited Day Travelcards if you select London (Any) as your outward or return station.
During the booking process, simply select the ‘Travelcard Zone’ required in the ‘travel options’ box, which gives options for Zones 1 to 6.
