Your rail travel vouchers are valid for a year and can be used to purchase tickets for travel with any UK train operating company, excluding London Underground and Heathrow Express.
We’re sorry to say, however, that we can’t accept rail travel vouchers as payment for tickets booked on this website. That said, you can use them at any staffed station; also on some services that operate with conductors (or those which do not operate penalty fares).
Please note: We cannot give change for the remainder of the voucher, if you do not spend up to the full value. We are also unable to renew vouchers once they are out of date.
