- Log into your account.
- Go to My Tickets → select the ticket.
- If eligible, you’ll see a Request a Refund button.
- Review your refund breakdown (including the £5 admin fee, if applicable).
- Choose your refund method (card or eVoucher).
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit.
