Will I always get my automated refund?

Refunds are available if:

  • Your ticket is daily ticket (e-ticket/smartcard ticket), unused and still valid.
  • The refund amount is at least £5 after the admin fee.
  • You used loyalty points (refund is given back as points).

Refunds are not available if your ticket has expired, is dated for travel in the past, has been used, or the refund is less than £5 (except for disruption claims).
