One of our most important values is putting you the customer at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we really value your feedback and input into the services we run. You can talk to us about any of your thoughts or concerns in person at one of our Meet the Manager sessions, see how you can get involved in our Passenger Panel, or even join a Rail User Group in your area.

Meet the Manager

Meet the Manager happens throughout the year at different stations so you can talk in person with our Directors and Managers. Events are published online, on social media, and on posters at stations a week before they happen.

Passenger Panel

Our Passenger Panel is made up of customers from across the c2c route, representing different stations. The panel meets with senior c2c managers including Julian Drury, Managing Director for c2c, every eight weeks. You can find out more about the panel and how to join on our Passenger Panel page.
