What is our Four Free Tickets Offer?

We are pleased to offer Four Free Off-Peak Tickets to all of c2c’s Annual Season ticket holders on the terms set out below (the Offer).

Who is the Offer open to?

The Offer is open to all of c2c’s Annual Season Ticket Holders who have registered their email address with c2c.

When and where can Offer tickets be used?

The Offer applies to c2c daily Off-Peak tickets only for journeys on c2c’s routes departing from any c2c train station (Offer Tickets). A list of these stations can be found on c2c’s website here

All Offer Tickets and travel are subject to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and c2c’s terms and conditions.

How do I get my Offer Tickets?

You will need to use a unique discount code (Discount Code) at the checkout when purchasing your tickets online at c2c-online.co.uk or via the c2c Train Travel app.

The Offer is available for purchases made online at c2c’s website or via the c2c Train Travel App. Offer Tickets can only be bought via purchases made online. You must use the Discount Code at the time of purchase to benefit from the Offer.

How do I get my Discount Code?

In order to be eligible for the Offer and to get your Discount Code, you must have registered your email address for a c2c-online.co.uk online account at the time of purchase. You are not eligible to benefit from the Offer if you do not register with us.

How do I Register?

You can register with us in several ways:

Season Tickets purchased at c2c-online.co.uk: All of c2c’s Annual Season Ticket holders with a registered c2c online account will receive the Discount Code within 2 months of the date of purchase of the Annual Season Ticket. The Discount Code will be sent to your account’s registered email address.

If you did not register with us at the time you purchased your Annual Season Ticket, in order to be eligible for the Offer you must do so within 28 days of the date of purchase. You will not be able to claim the Offer if you register your c2c online account with us after the expiry of this 28 day period.
Season Tickets purchased on a registered Smartcard at the station: If you purchased an Annual Season Ticket at the station using a Smartcard registered to a c2c online account, you will receive the Discount Code within 3 months of the original purchase date. Your Discount Code will be sent to your account’s registered email address.

Season Tickets purchased on an unregistered Smartcard at the station: You must register the Smartcard to a new or existing c2c online account within 28 days of the original purchase date. Your Discount Code will be delivered to the account’s registered email address within 3 months of the original purchase date.

Are there any other Offer terms that I should be aware of?

The Discount Code is valid to use four times against an Off-Peak return journey purchased for c2c services only.

The Discount Code is valid for travel for 12 months from the date of issue.

The Offer cannot be combined with other offers and no further Railcard or other discounts are allowed.

You can only claim one Discount Code per person per year.

If you apply for a refund before your Annual Season Ticket expires, any remaining valid Discount Codes may be cancelled at c2c’s sole discretion.

c2c reserves the right to withdraw, remove or suspend the Offer at any point without notice.

To be eligible for the Offer, you must buy your Annual Season Ticket from c2c, either online via the c2c website, the c2c Train Travel app or a c2c operated station. If your Annual Season Ticket is purchased elsewhere from Trainline, or from other train operators or third party vendors, the Offer is not available.
