The c2c Live App provides real-time information to help you to make the most informed choice for your journey. With door-to-door route advice and disruption alerts, c2c Live helps you plan your journey effectively and keeps you up to date whilst on the move.
The app allows you to track specific trains, alerts you to any disruptions on your route and can help you plan your next journey more effectively.
The c2c Live App will enable you to save up to three favourite destinations so you can quickly refer to your regular journeys, delivering you the best fares and to book tickets on the go.
- Live departures and arrivals which can save you valuable planning time (or give you time to grab that coffee). Now showing platform numbers where available too.
- Door-to-door journey planning, providing an accurate account of your total journey time.
- Alerts you to disruptions on your journey and provides an alternative route.
- Secure online ticket purchasing and car park ticket purchases.
- Station information including; baby change, coffee shops and parking tariffs.
- If you need assistance at any of the c2c stations you can submit a ‘Request for assistance form’ which will be immediately picked up by c2c staff. Now you can even let staff at stations know of your arrival after submitting a request.
