Stratford station is located in East London, providing access to both National Rail and London Underground train services, including the DLR. Stratford is a zone 2/3 boundary station on the London Underground, within the Oyster Card zone. Valid tickets for either zone will be accepted.
Stratford station ticket office is open Monday - Sunday 6:15-21:30. Machines for pre-paid ticket collection and Oyster top up are also available.

The station provides step free access and has connecting lifts, while accessible ticket machines and counters are available. There is an induction loop for the hard of hearing. Staff assistance at the station is available on request - please call 0800 028 28 78. Assistance is available 24 hours a day.
Up to 200 cycled store spaces are available, located outside the front of Stratford station, and are covered by CCTV. There is no cycle hire available.
