Step free access is available to both platforms via the level crossing. Accessible ticket machines and an induction loop are available. Impaired mobility set down is available outside the station entrance. National key toilets are not available. Staff assistance at the station is available on request - please call 03457 444 422. Assistance is available 24 hours a day.
60 Cycle racks are available and are located outside the entrance and in the car park.
