The Gentoo penguins at Polar Point are a popular attraction – stop by to watch them playing and get to know their individual personalities.

SEA LIFE London doesn’t have an on-site café, although vending machines are available for snacks. There are plenty of food and drink options in the Southbank area where the aquarium is located..

How long does the Aquarium take to enjoy?

We recommend allowing up to 2 hours to enjoy SEA LIFE London, although you may want to spend longer if you’re a true ocean enthusiast!

How big is SEA LIFE?

The aquarium hosts around 500 species of all kinds, so it has plenty to see! However, it’s relatively compact so your little ones shouldn’t get too tired walking around.

How to get there on the train?

SEA LIFE London Aquarium is located close to Waterloo, just off Westminster Bridge. If you fancy a wander along the south bank of the Thames, it’s about 45 minutes’ walk from our London terminus, Fenchurch Street. Otherwise, you can jump on the Tube at Tower Hill (a 3 minute walk from Fenchurch Street). Take the Circle or District line westbound and get off after 7 stops at Westminster. Then cross the bridge and head into SEA LIFE London on your left.

You can get to Fenchurch Street in under 1 hour from Southend – just hop on the train going towards London, sit back and relax.

How to get your SEA LIFE Entry discount

It’s quick and easy to get your ⅓ off SEA LIFE voucher. Just click the “Claim” button at the top of this page, follow the instructions and download your voucher. Then book your c2c train to London. When you arrive at the aquarium, show your voucher and train ticket to get discounted entry.
