Help us improve our pink ticket machines

18 October 2021

Would you normally describe yourself as someone who regularly take c2c trains and buys a ticket from one of our ticket machines?

We’re looking for volunteers to take part in a short interactive ticket machine research session on Tuesday 2nd or Wednesday 3rd November between 9am -6pm, with our design & research partner, Inviqa.

The research session will last up to 45 minutes and take place in person at our Fenchurch St Station.

If you are selected to participate, you will be given a £20 Amazon voucher, to thank you for your time. Your feedback will ensure that we continuously improve our ticket machines with your needs and preferences in mind.

We will ask for your consent to record the session, but rest assured that all data is strictly confidential and all information collected will remain anonymous. The interviews are used for our research purposes only, and we can confirm that you will not be added to any new mailing lists, nor will your details be shared with any third parties other than our research partner, Inviqa, who will be conducting the interviews.

We’re looking for participants who use the c2c train regularly as a commuter, or fairly frequently for leisure travel. If you fit this criteria please register your interest below and we will get in touch.
