On behalf of everyone at c2c, the proud Platinum Partner of Southend United Football Club, we would like to commend the club after a nail-biting performance in the National League Promotion Final at Wembley yesterday, following a season that falls just short of promotion – but not short of excellence.
While the outcome was not what we had hoped for, the team’s efforts, passion and perseverance throughout the season has been nothing short of extraordinary.
Southend United’s journey this year has inspired the local community, the wider City and football fans far and wide, and we are so proud to have played a part in that, working with the Consortium, Head Coach Kevin and the whole team at Roots Hall. The Shrimpers have shown what it means to play with heart and dedication, and reaching Wembley is an incredible achievement in itself – a moment that will live long in the memories of players and fans alike.
c2c remains immensely proud to stand beside this club. We are confident that brighter days lie ahead, and we cannot wait to witness more great moments over the coming seasons. To the fans, players and everyone involved with the club, hold your heads high – you have made us all very proud.
