How do I find my booking reference?

When you buy a ticket online, you’ll be given a ticket reference number, which you’ll need when collecting your tickets. This reference is displayed:

in the booking confirmation email we send you
by logging into tickets.c2c-online.co.uk and clicking on ‘Check your order status’

Note: The credit/debit card used to make the booking is required when collecting the ticket at the station.
