General terms
- “c2c” where referenced in these terms refers to c2c Railway Ltd
- Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
- All competition entrants must be permanent residents of the UK.
- This competition is NOT open to employees of c2c, their families or anyone else associated with this competition. The marketing team’s decision as to the eligibility of non-c2c parties will be final.
- You may be asked to provide proof of your eligibility at any stage during this competition.

Entry process
- Entry into the competition is via the form on the c2c website (see above)
- The competition will be open to entrants from 8 October – 8 November 2025.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted.
- Offensive, incomplete, incomprehensible or incorrectly completed entries will not be counted.
- c2c does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
- All entries will be given careful consideration and must be written in English.

Selection of winners
- The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process. The winner will be notified via email up to 3 days after the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Ambassador will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The winning candidate will be notified via email.
- We reserve the right to request proof of award winners’ identity in the form of a passport or driving licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill dated within the previous 12 months. If the award winner is unable to supply proof of identity in an acceptable format, we may withdraw the prize and select another winner.
- By entering the competition, you grant to c2c, its agents, and others working under its authority, full and free use of any images of you taken during the competition process. You agree that we may publish and share your name, age, location, your submitted entry, details of your prize and information related to your entry. You will retain ownership of copyright in your entry but you give c2c (and any third party authorised by c2c) your irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, copy, amend, store and sub-licence your entry worldwide for such promotional purposes and for the purposes of the competition.

Prize & delivery
- The prize is for four adults (over 18 years) at the Festive Event on Friday 12th December 2025 at 20:30 which includes a five-course gala dinner and show experience on board Ambience at London Cruise Terminal, plus an overnight stay sharing two cabins and breakfast the following morning.
- Prize visit commences with embarkation at 18:30 on Friday 12th December 2025 on Ambience at the London International Cruise Terminal, Tilbury, Essex, RM18 7NG and finishes at 09:15 on Saturday 13th December 2025. Winners will be required to book their specific embarkation time slot.
- Included in the prize are welcome cocktails and half a bottle of wine per person with the meal, an overnight stay plus breakfast and gratuities. Port parking for one vehicle per prize winner for the duration of the event is also included in the prize.
- The prize winner must supply the first name, Date of Birth of the 4 people in their party upon confirmation of the prize and by 15th November 2025 latest and all guests will be required to provide photographic identification on arrival on the day at the event. If Port Parking is required the car make, model, colour and registration must also be confirmed by 15th November 25.
- Prize winners must arrive at the port for embarkation at the specified time of 18:30 on the day of the event with their Photo ID.
- The prize excludes: travel insurance; travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. additional drinks, gifts, shopping, communications etc.
- Tables in the restaurant are fixed and seat sizes of 4, 6 or 8 guests. Your party may be seated with other guests.
- Dietary requirements must be provided upon prize confirmation and are subject to availability.
- The number of guests who require the use of a wheelchair onboard our festive events will be strictly limited therefore, you must inform us of your intention to use a wheelchair onboard as soon as possible. Only those guests with advanced approval will be able to use their mobility aid onboard.
- Ambassador Cruise Line does not allow alcohol to be brought on board and we reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol before allowing you to board the vessel. Any confiscated alcohol will be returned on disembarkation. It is prohibited to carry or consume any illegal drugs whilst onboard.
- Children under the age of 18 are not accepted at the Festive Events.
- Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to amalgamate or cancel Festive Events and/or to move pre-booked tables or dining times to ensure appropriate numbers.
- The prize is as described, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Entrants must be over 18 to enter
- By completing and submitting this form online at c2c-online.co.uk only you are agreeing to allow Ambassador Cruise Line to include your submission within the prize draw.
- You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
- The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Your rights
- c2c reserves the right to change the rules of the competition at any time. In the event that we do amend the rules, we will publish them, and it is the sole duty of any entrant to keep themselves up to date with any changes.
- c2c reserves the right to end this promotion at any time, and without notice.
- If there is any disagreement over the rules, conduct or decision made by c2c, we want to make it clear that our decision is final. We will not enter any discussion with entrants who disagree with the rules or the winner chosen by c2c.
- By entering this competition, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
