Customers who buy their Annual Season ticket online, onto a c2c Smartcard, instantly collect typically £30 worth of Loyalty Points*. Loyalty Points can be used for money off future c2c train tickets.
Haven’t got a Smartcard? If you go online to buy your ticket 5 days or more in advance of when you want to start travel, then our website will offer you the chance to order your Smartcard mid-purchase. Your card will be sent out by 1st class within 2 working days.
If you try and purchase within 5 days of when you want to start travel then you are advised to go to a station where you can now be instantly issued with Annual Season tickets onto a Smartcard. You won’t be rewarded with Loyalty Points if you buy your Annual at the station so get online today to get the biggest rewards.
All Smartcard users will automatically be repaid each month for any delays over 2 minutes if you are opted in to automatic delay repay.
