Will I always get my automated refund?

Refunds are available if:

  • Your ticket is daily ticket (e-ticket/smartcard ticket), unused and still valid.
  • The refund amount is at least £5 after the admin fee.
  • You used loyalty points (refund is given back as points).

Refunds are not available if your ticket has expired, been used, or the refund is less than £5 (except for disruption claims).
