If you need help on or off our trains or in any way at the station our Assisted Travel team is on hand to help you with your journey.
For information on how to book assistance with us through our team, whether you need help with luggage or getting a ramp for a wheelchair you can find out all the information you need to contact us see our assisted travel page.
We are working hard to make our railway accessible to all. If you need extra help with your journey, we will provide you with the support you need for a stress-free and enjoyable journey. To see more on our initiatives, as well as information about wheelchairs and scooters, visit our mobility impaired page.
Priority Seat badges
All of our trains have a number of designated Priority Seats for people who are disabled, pregnant, or less able to stand. Check to see if you or someone you know is eligible for a badge and find out how to apply on our Priority Seat badges page.
Mums to be badges
If you are expecting a baby, we know it’s not always easy to ask for a seat, so we’ve got special ‘Baby on Board’ badges for mums-to-be. You can find the form to apply for a Baby on Board badge on our mums to be page.
