Following the derailment of the rear carriage of a Greater Anglia train on Friday 14 August near Wickford, and the subsequent closure of the line between Billericay and Hockley this week, while extensive repairs are undertaken to the rail infrastructure, Greater Anglia customers have been advised to use c2c services between Southend Central and London Fenchurch Street, where appropriate or practical.

Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted for travel on c2c services. In addition, Greater Anglia passengers with weekly, monthly or annual car park season tickets can use their passes at c2c station car parks at no additional charge until the normal service resumes on the line from Southend Victoria.

Some c2c car parks will be very busy in peak times, you can check car park capacity here. Due to an issue with the data feed the capacity for Benfleet car park is currently not accurately showing.
