Filming fees are organised into bands based on the type of production, the number of people involved, and the time required. Certain locations have minimum rental periods.
All tables serve as guidelines only; final fees may be higher depending on activity, impact, duration of use and how much notice you provide.
If your filming involves more than 10 people, a staff escort is needed, which is typically charged separately from the filming fee.
Note: Fees must be paid before filming begins and are subject to VAT.

Some filming requests require on-site support to ensure safety, continuity of rail operations and a smooth shoot. Where needed, staffing is arranged by c2c and charged in addition to filming fees.
Depending on your production, this may include a Commercial Filming Manager, Customer Services or Gateline staff, a Station or Operations Manager, Facilities or Station Management support, a Personal Track Safety (PTS) trained chaperone for filming near platform edges or other safety-critical areas, Security staff deployed in pairs where required, and Cleaning staff, including materials, with hours estimated based on your approved script and on-site activity.
All staffing requirements and costs will be confirmed during the planning stage of your enquiry.
