Basildon MIND Mental Elf Run

A festive, family-friendly event to support better mental health in our community. Taking place at 12pm at Northlands Park, Basildon, the Mental Elf brings together runners, walkers, families, and local supporters for a morning filled with fun, laughter, and a little festive magic.

Whether you run, jog, or stroll around the course, it’s all about taking part, spreading cheer, and raising vital funds for mental health support in Basildon, Billericay and Wickford.
