Timetable adjustments

As we continue to listen to customer feedback we have been making some amendments to the timetable. This includes changes to the length of some trains, departure times and stopping patterns. To keep abreast of the latest updates from c2c Directors read their blogs here.

  • 16.28 Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will be formed of 8 carriages, previously 4
  • 16.37 Fenchurch Street to Southend Central will now terminate at Pitsea
  • 16.40 Fenchurch Street to Grays will be formed of 4 carriages, previously 8
  • 16.43 Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will no longer run.
  • 16.51 Fenchurch Street to Pitsea will be 4 formed of carriages, previously 8
  • 16.54 Fenchurch Street to Grays will be formed of 4 carriages, previously 8
  • 17.01 Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea does not call at Barking

  • 18.28 Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will be formed of 4 carriages, previously 8 and does not call at Barking

Summary of Timetable changes from 04 January 2016

Services to London Fenchurch Street

  • A new 08.02 Laindon to Fenchurch Street service will operate, calling at Upminster, West Ham and Limehouse
    • As a result, the 07.53 Leigh-on-Sea to London Fenchurch Street will no longer run.
  • The 07.34 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street will stop additionally at Leigh-on-Sea, Benfleet, and Basildon, and will no longer call at Laindon or Upminster
  • A new 08.32 Laindon to London Fenchurch Street will operate, calling at Upminster, West Ham and Limehouse
    • As a result the 08.23 Leigh-on-Sea to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will no longer run
  • The 08.04 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street will stop additionally at Leigh-on-Sea, Benfleet and Basildon, and will no longer call at Laindon or Upminster
  • The 08.53 Leigh-on-Sea to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will no longer run
    • Instead the 08.34 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will stop additionally at Leigh-on-Sea, Benfleet and Basildon
  • 16.31 Leigh-on-Sea to London Fenchurch Street service will start instead from Shoeburyness at 15.53, calling all stations except West Horndon. This service includes a 20 min dwell at Laindon.

Services to Shoeburyness:

  • 06.54 London Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will be extended to call at Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend Central
  • 07.10 London Fenchurch Street to Southend Central will be extended to Shoeburyness and now calls all stations except West Horndon
  • 07.26 London Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will now terminate at Laindon
  • 07.52 London Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness will now terminate at Laindon, calling at Limehouse, West Ham and Barking only
  • 07.56 London Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea will be extended to Shoeburyness and now calls at all stations

  • 06.43 Pitsea to London Fenchurch Street via Rainham will change from 4 to 8 carriages
  • 06.52 Grays to London Fenchurch Street via Rainham will change from 8 to 4 carriages
  • 07.08 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will change from 8 to 12 carriages
  • 07.43 Thorpe Bay to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will change from 12 to 8 carriages
  • 07.49 Pitsea to London Fenchurch Street via Rainham will change from 4 to 8 carriages
  • 08.08 Leigh-on-Sea to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will change from 4 to 8 carriages
  • 08.34 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street via Laindon will change from 4 to 8 carriages
  • 08.49 Pitsea to London Fenchurch Street via Rainham will change from 8 to 4 carriages
