We are making only very minor changes to our existing timetable this time. This includes the 15.25 Fenchurch Street to Leigh-on-Sea which, in response to your feedback, will now call additionally at Barking and Upminster.

Late night engineering work between Liverpool Street and Stratford means that the 23.31 Grays to Liverpool Street will divert to Fenchurch Street from December 2008 until March 2009, and the 00.12 Liverpool Street to Barking is withdrawn.

However, the 19.48 and 20.46 Grays to Fenchurch Street services will now run to Liverpool Street Monday to Friday, returning from there at 20.35 and 21.35.

We are continuing to invest in further improvements to our stations and train fleet, using what you have told us about your priorities through the National Passenger Surveys, and through Passenger Focus and local user groups.

This year we have also introduced the c2c Passengers Panel, a forum for regular discussion with customers who represent your stations about improvements to train services, facilities and other services. You can find out more details here.
