Senior Rover

If you’re over 65 years of age and you love travelling by train (or if you’re over 60 with a Senior Railcard), you’ll want to make the most of our Senior Rover tickets, which allow you to hop on and off trains all day (Monday-Friday) from just £7.

    Senior Rover tickets are available as paper tickets. Either order online and pick up at the station or buy at the ticket office or at a ticket machine.

    Don’t forget your ID

    Make sure you bring your passport or driver’s licence when you travel - you will need to provide proof of age.

    • Can I take my pet with me on your services?
      Good news for pet owners. You can take up to two dogs or other small domestic animals – free of charge – onto our trains, provided that they can be accommodated on the train service on which you are travelling. If you’re unsure, please check before you travel.
    • When are Off-Peak parking tickets valid?
      Off-Peak car park tickets are generally available from 10am and all weekend. Please check the station information section of this website for more information about off peak car park prices.
