A huge thank you to all c2c passengers for their patience during the last 16 days, while we operated an amended timetable on our route. From Monday 5 August, we will be operating our usual timetable.
TfL was undertaking works in the Barking Riverside area, which meant a change to our usual service from 20 July to 4 August. This impacted all our customers, whether it was a change in train times through to some passengers having an additional 10-30 minutes added to either their morning or evening peak service via train or the bus replacement service.
We know additional planning went into your busy schedules and even a temporary timetable change can be disruptive. c2c and TfL know how vital passenger support is during periods of construction and we appreciate the flexibility shown by all our customers.
