How do I top-up my Flexi-Season ticket?

Once you have purchased your first bundle of 10 tickets, you will then need to use the top-up function. Continually buying Flexi-Season tickets using the main ticket purchase process will cause problems with your Smartcard.

To top-up, login to your account and follow these steps:

1. Go to the Flexi section of your account
2. Click the ‘top-up’ button next to your ticket
3. Follow instructions to complete the top-up

Alternatively, top up quickly and easily directly in the c2c Train Travel app.
