Once you have purchased your first bundle of 10 tickets, you will then need to use the top-up function. Continually buying Flexi-Season tickets using the main ticket purchase process will cause problems with your Smartcard.
To top-up, login to your account and follow these steps:
- Go to ‘My Tickets’ and locate your original Flexi-Season purchase
- Click ‘More details’ to display the details of the original purchase
- Select ‘Top up’ and follow the instructions to complete the top-up purchase
