Making a complaint
Complaint forms can be picked up at the ticket office at your nearest c2c station or you can fill out the online form at the bottom of our get in touch page.
Our Delay Repay scheme means you can claim compensation if you’ve been delayed by more than 30 mins. If you register and use a c2c Smartcard then you automatically get repaid for delays over two minutes.
If you’ve lost something on one of our trains or stations we’ll do our best to get it back to you.
