c2c Records UK's most Punctual Train Service in the Last Three Years
98.5% of c2c trains arrived on time in the four weeks to 19 September, compared to the national average of 91.2%. This is the best punctuality performance recorded by any UK train operator since September 2012 – and that landmark was also set by c2c, with 98.7% punctuality.

“We were proud that our track record was recognised by the rail industry last month, when we were named “Passenger Operator of the Year” at the National Rail Awards. The judges cited our ability to deliver strong punctuality, along with other customer improvements like free wifi and discounted advance tickets.”
