Your Railway, Your Views
At c2c we are always keen to improve the standards of service we deliver for you and the ways in which we work with customers, stakeholders and the local communities we serve. We have already achieved some of the best punctuality on the UK rail network. We have a fleet of modern, comfortable trains. We have a Passenger Panel to help shape priorities for improvement and we have made anumber of improvements to customer communication and station facilities – including integrated transport arrangements for passengers making onward journeys by bus, taxi, bicycle, foot or private car. But we know there is still more to do and we want to continue to play out part in supporting the economic prosperity of the South Essex area. We have therefore put together a short survey which enables you to provide your feedback on how we engage with you and highlight your priorities for service improvement in the future.
We want to hear your views on how we could provide a better service to you. What improvements would you like to see? The Government is starting the process to re-let the Essex Thameside franchise - which c2c currently operates - from mid-2013.
