Temperatures are expected to be warmer this week.

Some trains have taken damage during the snow fall and cold conditions this Winter, which may now result in reduced heating, half-lighting and a loss of visual display on the on-train Passenger Information System on some trains. Our engineers are working to fix this problem and we'd ask customers for patience whilst we tackle it. In the meantime, we apologise if your comfort during your journey is impacted.
