We're open this Easter
Travelling with c2c when Greater Anglia has engineering works
Over Easter, engineering work will affect Greater Anglia's Southend and Chelmsford line services to London. Journeys to and from Stratford and Liverpool Street will include a replacement bus service connecting with the Central Line at Newbury Park.
c2c trains into London
You may find it quicker and easier to choose c2c if you want to avoid taking a rail replacement bus. We are open and running trains into London Fenchurch Street station and London Liverpool Street on certain weekends.* Our mainline runs from Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street via Southend Central, Leigh-on-Sea, Basildon and Laindon. We have four trains an hour on Sautrdays and two an hour on Sundays. Explore our route map for your nearest station:
Our London terminus - Fenchurch Street
London Fenchurch Street station is in the heart of London, only a 10 minute walk from London Liverpool Street. It’s also connected to Tower Hill tube station on the Circle and District lines. Alternatively you can change at West Ham to connect on the District and Jubilee lines and DLR.
If you’d like some ideas for days out in London check out our 2FOR1 offers at top London attractions when you take the train.
Parking at c2c stations
If you’re planning on driving to one of our stations and then taking the train into London it’s easy to park your car at many of our stations. Upminster and Leigh-on-Sea stations both have large car parks with over 500 spaces, and many others have between 100-200 spaces. Please note that Upminster station in particular can be busy when West Ham matches are on.
Greater Anglia customers are advised to check with Greater Anglia directly over ticket acceptance queries.
*Except on Sunday 23 April and Saturday 29 April when we have planned engineering work on the c2c route via Ockendon and Rainham. Services via Basildon are not affected. See our service alteration calendar for more.
