How to buy your Season Ticket

Your first season ticket

• You can buy your season ticket online by clicking here.
• Alternatively, complete the application form, print it and take it to your nearest station ticket office.
• If you are purchasing a season ticket for the first time, you must provide a recent passport-type photograph of yourself for us to issue you a photocard.
• Children may be required to provide proof of age.
• Company cheques should be made payable to c2c rail limited. Please note: Suitable proof of identification must be presented to the ticket office clerk, i.e.; drivers license, passport etc. As well a sheet of the said company's letter headed paper, that must also state business address.

Renewing your season ticket 

If you currently hold a annual season ticket and require to renew it, you can usually do so up to seven days in advance of the old one expiring (provided there is no break in continuity).     

• Renew your season ticket online now.
• Pop into your nearest station ticket office.
• You will need to have your photocard ID number.
• Save time at the station by completing an application form before you arrive at the station.  Hand it to the ticket office clerk.
