Park & Pay by Phone
The mad dash to find change for the parking machine before the train arrives is now a thing of the past...
We have introduced this new, simple to use scheme across all our car parks.
All you have to do is phone 0870 458 9600 or text 0795 008 0201 and follow the simple instructions.
The only details we need to create your account are phone number, credit card details and vehicle registration.
You can then either immediately pay for your parking or call back within 30 minutes with the number of days and the location number (see below).
No need to go to the machine - payment can be made from the comfort of your vehicle or even on the train!
All charges are billed to your credit card account with a small fee to cover the cost of the service being added to the parking fee.
We also send you text reminders when your parking is about to expire so you can top up your time remotely.
Instructions
First time users
Just text the following information with a space between each item:
Parking location number (eg 7130)
Duration in days (eg 3)
Vehicle registration number (eg AB05CDE)
Credit or debit card number (eg 4921826569821234)
Card expiry date (eg 0807)
3-digit card security number (eg 337)
Existing users
Parking location number (eg 7130)
Duration in days (eg 3)

Text messages are charged at your service provider's standard rate. Confirmation of payment should arrive within 5 minutes - if not then call 0870 606 7050 to check that your payment is registered. For more information text HELP.
