Ticket Machines for purchasing tickets on the day and pre purchased tickets are available. Oyster ticket Machines are available however, Oyster pre-paid is not.
ASSISTANCE AND ACCESS
There are no lifts at the station, but step free access is available to both platforms via the level crossing/ramps. Accessible ticket machines and an induction loop are available. Impaired mobility set down is available outside the station entrance. National key toilets are not available.

Purfleet has a rich military history - it has the only remaining gunpowder magazine which is now part of the Garrison Heritage and Military Centre. The museum is open to the public on Thursdays, Sunday and bank holidays. The town is also the where anti-aircraft gunners shot down a German zeppelin in WWI. If you love culture, check out the High House Production Park, a centre for creative skills and artists. Birdwatchers will love Rainham Marches, an RSPB nature reserve where you can spot many rare birds.
DRINKS & DINING
The Royal, which looks out on to the Thames, has a sports bar and restaurant which serves homemade pizzas. The Fleet Pub is the place to go for afternoon tea and in the summer they have barbeque evenings.
A short bus or train ride away is Lakeside Shopping Centre, which has all the high street favourites such as H&M, Topshop and Debenhams.
The infamous Circus Tavern has been entertaining the residents of Purfleet for many years. The first ever PDC World Darts Championship took place at the venue and it regularly has A-list stars appearing on stage.

Bus stops on London Road, outside and opposite Purfleet General Stores.
NOTE: These stops are unavailable on Sunday 29 and Monday 30 May 2016 (only) due to engineering work which means that London Road is closed at the Purfleet Level Crossing.
Replacement Buses will instead serve Purfleet in two locations.
