Staying cool and comfortable

Here are a few tips for staying cool and comfortable on-board trains if the weather is hot.

  • Always remember to take a bottle of water on the train.
  • Don't get on the train if you don't feel well. Ask for help from staff at the station.
  • If you feel unwell on a train wait until it is in a station then get off and ask for help.
  • Please don't activate the passenger alarm between stations. It means the train may stop and this will delay getting help to you.
